I started skiing in 1988!!!! I started on dry slope and then my first experience of snow was in 1989 with Papapiet (my daddy) in Austria and the rest is history!

I did my Anwerter course (ski instructor) in December 2002 and then started instructing for school trips in 2003, starting with Notley (and I am the only instructor they haven't sacked) and from there have joined Notley a few times and instructed for many other schools since.

My night job back in Holland is managing a bar and restaurant. My other passion is Tennis and here I play in tournaments, matches and competitions.

Best time on snow: Every time I have beaten Dave on the ski race!!

Worst time on snow: When I lost the ski race to Colette! (daughter of Dave Carpenter)
